The breakfast options were almost nonexistent by the time I arrived, and the staff did not seem willing to accommodate late arrivals. The noise from the nearby freeway was quite bothersome, disrupting my peace during the evenings.

Staying at the hotel was good, I would come here again. I greatly enjoyed particularly good location and how the place is clean. The staff were very nice, it was a bonus. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was functional. A handy kitchenette was useful. The airport was 29 minutes drive away❤

Consider using the lending service for items like fans. It made our stay more comfortable during warmer days.

Amazing shower experience

We loved hanging out and playing table tennis and darts at the hotel. The amenities were great and really added to our fun. The rooms were spacious, and we felt comfortable throughout our trip. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing group getaway!

The parking situation was a bit concerning. I noticed the hotel could improve its security features, like adding cameras, to ensure guests' peace of mind. It's something future guests should be aware of.

The check-in clerk made a fantastic first impression with her friendliness, and the room design was excellent with a fine bathroom. Security in the parking area left much to be desired. The absence of cameras raised concerns after an unfortunate incident of theft. The lack of support from the staff during this incident was disappointing and detracted from what could have been a lovely stay.

Comfortable suite, beautiful bathroom, the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city, and the free wi-fi made it easy to plan my next adventure.

The location was particularly good, within walking distance of Valencia Country Club. All of the staff members were friendly and excellent. - the room was modern and a good size with a very nice bathroom as well as toiletries.
